Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to improving sustainability performance in Electrification business area. Each day, you will support the implementation of the group-wide sustainability strategy and business-specific priorities by applying in-depth knowledge and offering solutions and advice. You will also showcase your expertise by providing feedback to the management and employees on lessons learned and best practices from within your own unit and across ABB. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: • Leading internal training sessions to ensure a strong focus on sustainability matters throughout the division • Supporting and driving behavioral change through the local implementation of group-wide and business-specific programs and practices • Staying up to date with relevant sustainability trends and best practices, as well as changes in regulations, and providing consultation to the business as required. • Facilitating execution and contributing to the foundation of key product related sustainability initiatives • Assisting in reporting sustainability progress with respect to the implementation of the group-level sustainability objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as required. • Contributing to sustainability-related projects and organizing trainings in external customers

Qualifications for the role

• Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences or other relevant
• Around 2 years of working experience in the field of sustainability
• Understanding of sustainability principles (value chain emissions, circularity, product life cycle assessments) with basic knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, codes of practice, and industry standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a global team with proven organizational and project management skills.
• Proactive with passion for making a positive impact on the environment and contributing to a more sustainable future.
• Data management and analytical skills
• Fluency in English and Greek
• Valid diving license and ability to travel within Greece, Cyprus and Malta
