Your role:

Graduates joining in the commercial stream will be responsible for ensuring strategic decision making and key business initiatives are supported through deep market analysis and statistical modelling and trends. During the two-year program you will rotate across two functional areas outlined below that include strategy, operations, service, customer, sourcing and pricing.

• Analyzing compex data and financial reports to convey business performance to support decision making.
• Using business reporting and financial analysis to achieve operational efficiencies.
• Assisting in pricing strategies and cost analysis along with subcontractor management and monitoring.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, Business or Marketing is preferred.
• Able to work well in a team to achieve results.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data through storytelling.
