We are currently seeking a Intern ESG, to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur.

Successful candidates would be offered fixed term employment.

About the mission we offer you:
  • To support We Volunteer/sustainability initiatives that reduce environmental impact and enhance social responsibility
  • Promote a culture of sustainability and corporate responsibility throughout the organization.
  • To prepare a write-up for every program and post in Viva Engage & LinkedIn for every program
  • To conduct research on sustainability best practices and emerging trends
  • To assist in the development of sustainability communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in sustainability-related events and activities


Main Challenges
  • Strong interest in local engagement and environmental issues.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting standards and tools, such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, or similar.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with sustainability reporting and metrics tracking is a plus.

Starting Date: Immediately

About you:
  • Bachelors degree in environmental science, Sustainability and Business Administration
