Your role:
As a WHS Graduate - Building Automations here at Honeywell, youwill play a supporting role in ensuring the safety, energy efficiency, andproductivity of building facilities. You will utilize your knowledge and skillsin Work Health and Safety (WHS) to implement and maintain effective safetyprotocols and procedures. Your expertise in building automations willcontribute to creating sustainable and comfortable environments for buildingoccupants.
Youwill report directly to our WHS Manager and you'll work out of anywhere in Australia on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you willimpact the overall safety and well-being of building occupants and HoneywellWorkers across Pacific.

Your role:
- Conduct risk assessments and inspections to identify potential hazards (SWMS/TLRA/Risk Registers)
- Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, reports and business wide communications.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate WHS practices into operational systems.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on WHS best practices.
- Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Work Health and Safety or a related field.
- Knowledge of WHS regulations and best practices.
- Strong thoughtful and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in building automations or a related field.
- Certification in WHS or a related field.
- Excellent communication and people-oriented skills.
Application Information:
- Anticipated start date would be Feb 2026
- Permanent Residency in Australia or New Zealand, or Citizenship is required.
- Successful candidates will be required to successfully complete pre-employment background and drug screening.
