Key responsibilities:
• Improve and sustain FPY for all the production lines. Take the lead on corrective actions to improve FPY.
• Establish strong quality process / Quality gate / misstate proof techniques at manufacturing lines to avoid customer escapes
• Review high COPQ impact parts / products and continuous improvements to eliminate abnormalities
• Review implemented Poka-yoke / Quality Kaizens and identify engineering control during audits, review Quality alerts on production lines.
• To develop and maintain Quality Plans, Quality alerts, and Visual management for all project phases through to series production and ensure Lessons Learnt have been incorporated.
• Develop or facilitate PFMEA, QAP (Critical RM & Process), PPAP, and other process documents for NPIs.
• Responsible for SPC study, Gauge R&R, instrument Calibration, Part and product qualification approval process according to PPAP during NPI and transition
• Run RPS (Rapid Problem Solution) System, sustain process NCRs closure TAT also share weekly dashboard of NCRs
• Develop check list and perform Daily process audit in SMT, Assembly, testing and packing to ensure right product to customer
• Responsible for development / technology upgradation on test equipment's and test kits
MUST HAVE
• Degree in Electronics engineering
• Working in Electronics industries mainly PCBA manufacturing and Testing lines
• Working in Process quality Min 5- 6 year's experience
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of PCBA troubleshooting and analytical capability
• Having expertise in SMT process, PCB assembly, and testing process
• Knowledge in Airport light manufacturing process and quality control system
• Familiar with PPAP documentation, FMEA, CP & PFD & SPC, and Knowledge of Minitab tools
• Six Sigma Green Belt certified and well-versed with quality tools
• Qualified Internal auditor in ISO9001 and knowledge in QMS system
