Your role and responsibilities

1. Master Data Maintenance & Management - Responsible for creating, entering, updating, freezing, and archiving customer and vendor master data in MDG systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and uniqueness. - Review and validate master data requests (e.g., business licenses, certifications) from business units for compliance and risk control. 2. Process Optimization & Collaboration - Collaborate with FAO O2C, P2P, R2R, procurement, sales, and other departments to resolve master data issues and drive standardization and process improvements. - Follow master data governance policies and operational guidelines, and conduct regular training for stakeholders. 3. Data Analysis & Support - Generate periodic data quality reports, monitor exceptions, and drive corrective actions to align system data with business operations (e.g. ERP IDOC Error analysis) - Support internal/external audits by providing compliance checks and remediation recommendations related to master data. 4. System & Tool Support - Participate in system upgrades, testing, and optimization of master data management tools, providing actionable feedback.

Qualifications for the role

• Education: Bachelor degree
• Skills & Experience
• Technical Skills:
• - Familiar in ERP systems operation, with a solid understanding of master data logic and workflows.
• - Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas); experience with analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
• Core Competencies:
• - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify data anomalies and propose solutions.
• - Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience:
• - 1-3 years of experience in master data management, financial reconciliation, or supply chain operations.
• - Experience in data governance or system migration projects is preferred.
