This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with global business and operations teams while helping to develop and sustain a best-in-class Trade Compliance program. Qualifications for the role

  • To be successful in this role, you bring a minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in Trade Compliance, complemented by 3-5 years of broader professional experience within Logistics or Supply Chain Management. You possess a solid understanding of customs regulations, export controls, sanctions, and the wider context of global logistics and supply chain operations.
  • You are experienced in managing programs and leading projects from concept through to execution, utilizing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and to drive impactful outcomes, ideally within a trade compliance environment. Your background includes expertise in both change management and project management, enabling you to navigate and influence complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • You take a hands-on approach to fostering innovation and continuously seek opportunities to share best practices while remaining agile in the face of evolving business demands.
  • A strong familiarity with U.S. Export Administration Regulations and the global sanctions framework - including U.S. sanctions and embargo programs - is considered a valuable asset.
  • You hold a university degree in International Trade, Supply Chain / Logistics, Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of SAP ERP and SAP GTS systems would be advantageous.
  • Additionally, you have a track record of developing training programs and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance trade compliance processes.
