Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization's vision and strategic direction. Each day, you will apply IT knowledge and expertise to help solve complex technical or professional activities. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge about services and solutions, to contribute your expertise to enhance organizational efficiency. The work model for the role is onsite. You will be mainly accountable for: • Involving and proactively supporting the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of the service for your area of responsibility and cross-functional processes related to Information Systems services. • Identifying, consolidating, and reporting any inefficiencies or improvement opportunities. • Reviewing requirements and specifications and identifying those that require action within your scope of responsibility. • Installing and testing new versions and investigating and coordinating the resolution of potential and actual service problems. Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree in computer science
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Systems
• Sound knowledge of Windows 7/8/10, Server 2012/2016/2019/2022, MS Office 2013/2016/365, experience with computer network
• Scripting skills for MS Windows and other operating systems
• Fluent English language
• Ability to work in team, take personal responsibility and monitor new trends in computer technology and software products
• Readiness to travel on request to other ABB locations
