The Middle East, Turkeyand Africa (META) Customer Marketing Specialist will serve as a strong support in developing andexecuting customer marketing initiatives activities across Middle East, Turkey& Africa for Honeywell Building Technologies (HBT) business.

Aligned to one of theHBT businesses, the candidate will drive demand generation activities aligned to strategicgoals and metrics (Marketing Generated Pipeline, Marketing Generated Pipelineand ROMI for Customer Marketing) and play a key role in business growth, Thecandidate will be a driven individual,comfortable bringing ideas and finding solutions to situations. In additionalto supporting specific business priorities the candidate will have functionalresponsibility for the successful execution of HBT's in-region tradeshows andkey events.

The candidate will work with internalstakeholders including business leaders, sales, commercial excellence,procurement, finance, legal and corporate communications and externalstakeholders like suppliers, channel partners & end users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, manage and drive the execution of customer marketing and demand generation activity for one of HBT META's businesses for the META region
  • Functional responsibility within the team to lead on and manage the successful execution of large-scale tradeshows and key customer/partner engagements. Work with and co-ordinate across cross-functional teams for seamless execution
  • With the support of the Customer Marketing Leader, develop and execute first-class customer engagement strategies aligned to MGP/MGR metrics around events/engagements and digital
  • Support the Lead to Revenue process of integrated campaigns and drive support from sales
  • Accurately plan and manage customer marketing budget and reporting, with a focus on ROMI
  • Manage multiple activities with different tactics under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Vertical and horizontal alignment: support CM activities aligned to respective vertical and horizontal focus for the broader region
  • Tools and process: utilize marketing platforms including Work Front, Marketo, NEX and others as necessary to perform daily requirements of the role
  • MoS and reporting support for HBT META CM team: in line with role requirements
  • Translation & localization requirements: for marketing materials and content, product information, articles, installation manuals, etc.
  • Support website management
  • Drive continuous improvement and seek ways to do things better, faster and more efficiently
  • Be a valued contributor to the HBT META Customer Marketing team; driving awareness around the business value delivered by the function

Basic Qualifications and experience:
  • Previous experience: 8 years+ relevant experience in marketing or closely related function role
  • Hands-on knowledge of and track record using effective digital communication strategies, media platforms and channels
  • Extensive experience in managing and executing industry and company-led events
  • Thorough experience with marketing tools: NEX, Marketo, Work Front (or similar)
  • Experience working with external agencies and suppliers
  • Tenure at a similar MNC or similar industry
  • Bi-lingual; Arabic and English
  • Digital first mind-set: experience in managing demand generating activities effectively leveraging digital strategies and ABM
  • Proven track record in executing projects to plan, on time and to budget
  • Experience in supporting loyalty & channel programs including driving and tracking MDF usage
