Are you ready to take on a leadership role as a Materials Handler IV for our client in Brighton, Colorado? As a highly motivated individual, you will oversee our yard team and ensure the timely and efficient completion of tasks set by operations and supply chain management.

Role Overview

• Forklift and Telehandler Operation: Comfortably operate forklifts and telehandlers of various sizes and pass certification test.
• Yard Management: Plan and communicate with inspectors, construction foreman, contractors, and fabricators to ensure safe and efficient completion of tasks.
• Inventory Control: Follow and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Housekeeping: Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Certification Maintenance: Complete and maintain forklift certification.
• Pad Load Outs: Manage communication and tracking of all pad load outs.
• Inventory Counts: Assist with all physical inventory counts.
• Safety Compliance: Understand and apply all company environmental, health, and safety policies and principles.
• Warehouse Organization: Organize and maintain warehouse(s) and inventory yard(s) for efficient material storage and handling.
• Freight Management: Receive inbound freight and expedited shipments, ensure accuracy of documents, and notify recipients per established procedures.
• Material Handling: Load, unload, and move materials within or near work site. Inspect materials for quality/defects and manually move materials onto or from pallets and shelves.
• Record Keeping: Count, weigh, and record number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet.
• Equipment Maintenance: Clean work area, machines, and equipment. Assemble crates when required. Attach identifying tags or labels to materials or mark information on containers.
• Safety Adherence: Adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods of time and repetitively lift up to 50 pounds.

Skills & Qualifications

• SAP HANA Knowledge: Experience with SAP HANA is required for this role.
• Warehouse Inventory Management: Strong understanding of warehouse inventory management is necessary.
• Forklift Operation: Previous experience operating forklifts is preferred but not required.
• Telehandler Operation: Familiarity with operating telehandlers is a plus.
• SAP Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are necessary for this role.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build working relationships with team members and other stakeholders.
• Teamwork: Ability to work with a team in both an office and field environment.

Education & Experience

• Experience in Oil and Gas Industry: Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry is required for this role.
• Heavy Machinery Operation: Previous experience operating forklifts or other heavy machinery is necessary.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
