Asa Director of P&L (Profit and Loss) here at Honeywell, you will be a keyleader responsible for overseeing and managing the profit and loss performanceof the organization. You will play a critical role in driving financialanalysis, strategic decision-making, and operational excellence to support theachievement of business objectives. You will report directly to our VP of Business Analysis and Planning andyou will work out of our Morris Plains, NJ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on thefinancial performance of the organization. You will lead a team of financialprofessionals, providing guidance and support in financial analysis, budgeting,forecasting, and strategic planning. Your strategic mindset and ability toidentify growth opportunities and cost-saving initiatives will contribute tothe overall success of the organization. By partnering with cross-functionalteams, you will drive financial insights and recommendations to support businessgrowth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the P&L management function, overseeing financial analysis, strategicdecision-making, and operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives to driveprofitability and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities andcost-saving initiatives.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and driveoperational efficiency.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignmentwith business goals.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support financial analysisand reporting.
  • Manage and develop a team of financial professionals, providing guidance,coaching, and support.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive financial insights and recommendations tosupport business growth and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 10+ years of experience in finance, P&L management, or a related field.
  • Strong financial analysis and strategic decision-making skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or advanceddegree preferred.
  • Experience in a leadership role within a multinational organization.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and analyze complexfinancial data.
