BoM & Routing department is responsible Bill of material (BoM), and Engineering Change Management (ECM) in Blades, Towers, and Nacelle which includes Electronics, Converters, Generators, Hub and Nacelle modules for the turbine. That means that handling tasks with a major implication in various part of the organization, throughout the value chain from design, sourcing, manufacturing and to construction. We ensure that the detail design delivered by R&D is ready for implementation and that the ramp up in serial production is executed according to agreed targets. Responsible for creating and updating master data on BOM. Configuration of Production BoM and have a control on BoM releases/upgrades. Creation and maintenance of the Manufacturing BOM (MBOM).

Responsibilities

• Securing P-CN Implementation in Manufacturing based on D-CN's
• Handling Engineering change Management across internal and external manufacturing units
• Support digitalization of ECM process - Bill of Materials (BoM) & Routing by connect towards Digital Solution
• Creation and Maintenance of M-BoM's throughout product lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in production engineer or similar
• Solid experience from a global production company, working with PDM & Engineering Change Management or process optimization
• Technical understanding and knowledge of manufacturing processes and Basic knowledge on supply chain and costing
• Experience with MBOM creation
• Structured, systematic and with good understanding of the supply chain.
• Good IT skills, Experience with ERP/MRP IT systems (We prefer SAP)
• ECM knowledge
