Your role and responsibilities

培训专员有两部分的工作职责,面向EL Marketing & Sales中国的业务团队,针对技术类,销售技巧类, 商务类的能力提升点,按照计划实施赋能培训和项目,负责其间的培训安排和保障,数据整理,以及供应商付款等事宜。同时,支持人力资源业务伙伴及团队的日常项目和工作,协调部门内外事务,支持人力资源和能力提升的工作目标 Technical Training coordinator has two main job responsibilities. implement empowerment training and projects according to the plan, targeting the capability improvement points in technical, sales skills, and business areas. Responsible for the training arrangements and support during this process, data organization, and matters related to supplier payments etc. At the same time, they also support the daily projects and work of the human resources business partners and teams, coordinate internal and external departmental affairs, and support the work objectives of human resources and capability enhancement. The Training Specialist has responsibilities in two main areas: Training and Human Resources. The key tasks involved are as follows: - training implementation according to the training plan, while ensuring participant satisfaction. - Participate in the design of training programs, make timely adjustments and optimize the training plans to ensure the effectiveness of the courses. - Liaise with the training headquarters, be responsible for the organization and synchronization of training data. - Manage the training platform, create and follow up on learning paths. - In the area of Human Resources, support the daily work of the HR department and business partners, and provide coordination and cooperation for specific projects.

Qualifications for the role

  • Over 5 years of relevant work experience in human resources or training
  • Prior experience in the design, implementation, and management of sales training programs is preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in computer operations, data management and analysis, and PPT creation.
  • Good spoken and listening ability in English
  • Positive and enthusiastic about work, good at team coloration.
