Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure successful implementation of the service sales strategy for the assigned area. Each day, you will ensure profitable achievement of qualitative and quantitative targets related to Life Cycle Management (LCM) and service products and solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by determining account and acquisition plans to support growth. The work model for the role is: hybrid This role is contributing to the Motion Service business area in Colombia. You will be mainly accountable for: • Creating, planning, and implementing service sales strategies by increasing the Installed Base (IB) penetration through effective utilization of IB database. • Participating in negotiations of major contracts to secure service sales volume. • Ensuring the setting, periodic-review, and achievement of service sales targets by providing cost effective solutions to the customers and initiating improvement plans as needed • Obtaining feedback on sales development, distributing of resources for service sales activities, and reporting current market status. Qualifications for the role
- Degree in Electronic, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering (mandatory).
- You are highly skilled in portfolio management and the electrical distribution market, specifically with variable speed drives for medium and low voltage.
- You have 10 years of experience in commercial roles, including sales, technical sales, or related functions.
- You possess an enhanced knowledge of low and medium voltage drives and electrical distribution portfolios.
- You are passionate about business strategy, market intelligence, customer experience success, and pricing excellence.
- You are at ease communicating in advanced English.
- You have availability to travel.
