As a Business Process Manager in Honeywell Thermal Solutions in Bucharest, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and process improvement within the thermal solutions business unit. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing business processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction in the field of thermal solutions. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's thermal solutions business. You will report directly to our Business Development Sr Director, and you'll work out of our Bucharest, Romania location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the organization by identifying and implementing process improvements, streamlining operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives specifically within the thermal solutions business unit.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and manage business process improvement initiatives within the thermal solutions business unit (i.e. service and/or sales transformation etc.)
  • Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and develop solutions tailored to our business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams implement process changes and drive growth
  • Monitor and measure process performance within the business unit and provide regular reports
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within HTS

Key skills and qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process management or related roles (Sales, Engineering, Operations in Service business)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and drive change in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is a plus
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of business process management tools and techniques
