Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a business partner to the relevant business manager and leads local finance teams to optimize the financial performance within an assigned division / business area. Each day, you will support effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to evaluate various business alternatives. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending the most appropriate business solutions. The work model for the role is: #hybrid This role is contributing to the Process Automation Measurement & Analytics in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will be mainly accountable for: • Driving the definition and implementation of global standards and business specific guidelines to ensure continuous improvement in financial control process within your area of responsibility. • Leading, providing guidance, and facilitating best practices to ensure alignment and consistency of controlling practices. • Ensuring timely and efficient communication with relevant internal customers to identify and discuss issues for improvement of operations, work quality, and efficiency for your area of responsibility. • Securing transparency in financial reporting and disclosures.

Qualifications for the role

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Controlling/ Financial planning and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, thorough/ detail-oriented approach.
• Team player with outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work with diverse teams across different countries, self-motivated with a strong commitment to quality.
• Ability to understand and take proactive actions on possible risks and mitigation plans
• Proven track record of business acumen in global matrix organizations with a high level of self-dependence, credibility, and energy
