Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be part of the Real Estate team, responsible for organizing and implementing various real estate topics in the areas of construction management & compliance as well as organization & events. • Assisting the CAFM team with system implementation and data maintenance • Supporting construction and renovation projects • Assisting in compliance management and creating guidelines and processes • Preparing and supporting internal and external audits • Acting as the central contact person for event planning at the site and serving as the interface to all stakeholders

Qualifications for the role

• Solid education and several years of experience in real estate/facility management
• Knowledge of construction law and compliance management
• Excellent German and English skills
• Ability to take responsibility for projects and complete them to a high standard
• Capability to handle multiple projects or tasks simultaneously and prioritize as needed
• Solution-oriented and structured working approach
• Team-oriented and experienced in cross-functional collaboration
