JOB DESCRIPTION

NOV is HIRING! Primary focus will be on assisting the global sales support team and FGS market leadership with sales efforts including but not limited to managing sales leads, creating/updating presentations, maintenance of literature and printing needs, liaising with corporate marketing team, assisting with pricing, reporting, and a variety of administrative tasks as needed. Additional items assigned by supervisor provide an opportunity to expand knowledge/skills and collaborate with global sales support team on project specific tasks.

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to assisting the sales team in achieving their goals. Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for collecting, tracking, and distributing external sales leads received. Manage multiple sales email inboxes and ensure all leads are reviewed and processed in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with management on product pricing related activities, including but not limited to updating market price lists and updating pricing in ERP system.
  • Liaise between sales team and corporate marketing to ensure literature and sales tools are updated and distributed through appropriate channels.
  • Create process flow for various teams
  • Set vendors up in TPH/coordinate vendor payments
  • Assist customer service in account audits
  • Supply COIs when needed
  • Provide reference lists and previous project information, as needed
  • D365 customer satisfaction tracking - including opening and closing cases
  • Manage Ordering and Production of Promotional Items and Product Samples
  • Keep track of FGS sales and service training and on-boarding activities
  • Other duties as required
  • Perform various administrative tasks with guidance from senior leadership including sales tool updates, arranging events/meetings, coordinate shipment of items needed for tradeshows, and other duties as assigned by Supervisor, Sales Support.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of related experience, Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience working with Senior Leadership
  • Proficiency in all MS Office products, with advanced-level knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced, globally diverse environment
  • Strong attention to detail, with time management and decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
  • Must be comfortable working autonomously, with little oversight
  • Relevant work experience preparing and/or monitoring contracts
  • Capable of professionally managing confidential information
  • Experience creating and editing documents like PDFs, presentations, etc


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Work may require evening and weekend work
  • Travel less than 25%
