Asa Sr. Finance Analyst - Corporate Functions here at Honeywell, you will play acrucial role in providing financial analysis and support to the corporatefunctions of the company. Youwill have the opportunity to play a critical part in Honeywell's strategicbusiness transformation, specifically focusing on Corporate Fixed costs relatedto M&A and Spins. You will be responsible for conducting analysis onstranded costs, performing cost allocation analysis, separation analysis, andproviding transition support.

You will report directly to our Finance Manager and you'll work out of ourCharlotte, NC or Phoenix, AZ locations on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company's financial performance by providingaccurate and timely financial analysis and recommendations. You willcollaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, andfinancial planning processes. Your insights and recommendations will help driveoperational efficiency and cost optimization within the corporate functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct financial analysis and provideinsights to support strategic decision-making within the corporate functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting,forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for seniorleadership.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and costoptimization within the corporate functions.
• Provide financial support and guidance to the corporate functionsto ensure financial targets are met.

YOU MUST HAVE

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Experience in supporting corporate functions or working in acorporate finance role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysistools.
• Knowledge of financial planning and budgeting processes.
