As a Sr. Finance Analyst here at Honeywell, youwill be involved in creating models, scenario analytics, M&A projects etc. tohelp guide the company on its path forward. Your problem-solving skills andability to navigate through ambiguity will be crucial in effectively managingmultiple priorities

You will report directly to our Sr Director of Finance Transformation, and you will have the opportunity to play acritical role in Honeywell's strategic business. You'll work out of our Charlotte, NC or Phoenix, AZ locations on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on the financial decision-making process and contribute to the overall success of the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop financial models and forecasts/scenarios tofacilitate decision-making processes.
  • Interpret financial data and model outputs.
  • Assist on various M&A / Spin related projects and ad-hocrequests.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior managementas needed.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance, with a focus onfinancial planning & analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in financialmodeling.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamicenvironment.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, BusinessAdministration or a related field.
  • Graduate from a Corporate Finance Leadership Program.
  • Analytical excellence and experience in financial modelingespecially on the cost side.
  • Self-starter / ability to work independently.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to navigate throughambiguity.
  • Collaboration skills and ability to work withcross-functional teams.
