This position reports to

IS Program Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the business, collaborate with different teams, and contribute to the company's strategic objectives. Each day, you will gain knowledge by performing tasks as directed by the program manager/corresponding leader. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations. Dynamic Work Environment: Thrive in a supportive and innovative environment that values your contributions and encourages growth. • Gain on-the-job training within Information Systems in a variety of roles at ABB Electrification • Investigate, analyze, and recommend improvements to address or prevent business issues • Analyze data from various sources, using critical thinking to recommend technical and business decisions • Prepare and lead presentations to an audience including Sr. Leaders and Executives • Participate in gathering, analyzing, creating documentation, and impact analysis for IS solution delivery • Plan and organize tasks, report progress, and coordinate with other team members, locally and globally • Assist multiple global teams with projects as necessary to contribute to overall goals of Information Systems teams

Qualifications for the role

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Systems Management or a similar field and graduating in May 2025
  • Excited to explore living and working in Cary, North Carolina and outside of the United States. Relocation assistance is provided.
  • Desire to learn and grow from a diverse set of experiences and people within the sales function
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A growth mindset focused on continual learning and improvement
  • Must have valid US work authorization and must not require sponsorship for an employment visa by ABB at any time in the future
