JOB DESCRIPTION

• Recording intercompany Transactions in our ERP and Accounts Payable systems
• Processing/matching of vendor invoices against receiving and PO quanitites, and investigate discrepancies
• Partnering with colleagues at affiliate companies to reconcile payable/receivable balances
• Preparing payment plans and payment vouchers
• Clearing payments completed in the system
• Monthly balance sheet account reconciliation and aging analyses
• Analysis of intercompany billings and payments, including investigation/documentation of outstanding amounts
• Preparing monthly intercompany accruals
• Supporting Accounts Payable processing for 3rd party vendors based on need and capacity

Qualification, knowledge and experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor level in Accounting or equivalent.
• Experience in processing Accounts Payable
