Job Title: Land & Property Analyst

Primary Purpose of the Job:
The role is responsible for evaluating all land and property applications, as well as performing land revenue analysis, in line with established procedures and guidelines. The individual will be expected to contribute to the development and execution of relevant contracts and agreements.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Commerce from a recognised university.

Experience:

• 8 to 10 years of post-qualification experience, with a broad range of business functions and demonstrated in-depth experience.

• Ability to quickly understand and address the requirements of a given subject, facilitating the initiation and development of contracts and agreements.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is considered advantageous.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

• Capable of planning, executing, and completing tasks with minimal guidance.

• Excellent organisational and planning skills, coupled with a strong commercial and analytical mindset.
