Job Overview:
The Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting the company's financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing detailed reports, identifying trends, and delivering insights to enhance financial performance. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals align with broader business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial performance and prepare reports on trends, variances, and profitability.
  • Conduct cost and margin analysis, and perform scenario modeling.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to assess business opportunities and risks.
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with department heads to gather data and address budget variances.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management and support board/investor presentations.
  • Ensure data accuracy by validating and reconciling financial data.
  • Use systems like SAP, Oracle, and Power BI for data extraction and analysis.
  • Support automation and reporting process improvements.
  • Conduct market research to support strategic planning and competitive analysis.
  • Provide insights and financial guidance for new projects and investment opportunities.
  • Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and accounting standards.

Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Experience with reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree (MBA) or professional certifications (CFA, CPA) are an advantage.
  • 2-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or a related role.
  • Industry-specific experience (e.g., manufacturing, technology, or banking) is preferred.
