IS Service Owner, Master Data
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, You will have the opportunity to lead & define service line(s) in the design and development of end-to-end lifecycle roadmaps and effective and efficient delivery of services together with a team of dedicated internal and external suppliers. The work model for the role is hybrid LI #Hybrid This role is contributing to the IS Services in Bangalore . You will be mainly accountable for: • Managing contract and relations with 3rd Party partners • Managing Budget and forecasting • Managing data integrations and assuring that data is properly replicated among the IT Landscape • Cooperate with Customer and Vendor data domain on service improvements as well as tools helping for the data operations • Manage Product Backlog and act as a Product Owner among the Scrum team • Support operations team through year-end and mid-year changes process

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelors or equivalent degree in IT .
- 10+ years of experience in Master data and relevance of 2- 3yrs of exp in managerial skills
- Experience in Master Data and hands on experience on ITSM tool.
- Good Communication skills.
