Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted Performance and Reward (P&R) Partner for the EL Business, supporting the global EL Marketing and Sales Organization and leading transversal Reward projects.
- Lead the design, development, and roll-out of global Sales Incentive Plans (SIP) and Annual Incentive Programs (AIP) for the EL Business.
- Develop and implement comprehensive SIP processes and governance, ensuring effective execution from plan design to payout.
- Partner with senior leadership to define performance metrics and targets for AIP, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee communication and rollout of SIP and AIP programs, ensuring transparency and clarity for all stakeholders.
- Monitor effectiveness of incentive programs and drive continuous improvement through collaboration and data analysis.
- Conduct market benchmarking and internal analysis to support competitive and motivating incentive structures.
Qualifications
- Around 10 years of relevant Reward experience, ideally with a mix of consulting and corporate background.
- Advanced process and policy design capabilities.
- Strong project management and planning skills.
- Excellent analytical, Excel modeling, and PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex matrix organizations.
