The Contract Coordinator/ Advisor is responsible for assisting in the oversight of all analysts supporting contract administration in their support and services related to execution of processes for Global Contract Management, including contract drafting, validation, error resolution, running daily processes (distribution, eConfirm, etc), and other contracting work processes. Primary responsibility will be to assist the contracts manager in the oversight of analyst work and training/redirecting where needed to ensure that all contract related processes are efficiently and accurately managed by the team. Other responsibilities include related project support and performance improvement initiatives aligned with corporate strategic initiatives. Additionally, this position may manage key relationships, negotiate complex Agreements, coordinate approvals for contract clause exceptions and oversee final review and execution of in scope Company agreements.

Responsibilites
  • Gather business requirements and lead contracting needs globally across Houston, London and Singapore locations
  • Provide contracting solutions across multiple business units including Commercial, NGL, Marketing and Lubricants
  • Independently negotiate contract terms with 3rd parties within approved clause limits
  • Manage contract redlines across 3rd parties and internal P66 stakeholders to alignment
  • Proactively identify and execute process improvement/automation projects
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, counterparties
  • Oversee final contract review and execution
  • Assist in oversight of Contract Management team performance and process quality
  • Escalate resolution of issues, problems or process performance or quality defects
  • Perform strategic project support for corporate structural realignments, or system changes as directed by management
  • Review audit results of SOX control reviews for contract administration function
  • Review and monitor performance metrics, root cause analysis remediation and SLA/KPIs, etc.
  • Perform special transactions retained due to regional/legal requirements
  • Provide training development, delivery and knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications
  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed
  • 5 or more years of previous contract experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Integrated account systems such as SAP, Allegro,DEW, ICertis, Econfirm, Livelink

Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 or more years of oil and gas industry experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
