As a Release Train Engineer based in Warsaw, you will be a member of the Agile Release Train (ART) leadership team. You will drive the ART to deliver value using Lean-Agile principles and best practices, lead its operations, and ensure continuous performance improvement to achieve organizational objectives. You will facilitate program-level work within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), coordinate with teams across the organization, and directly manage the Scrum Masters of six teams. You will facilitate SAFe ART processes and program execution, highlight impediments, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement within an organization focused on delivering world-class process control products across web, cloud, PC, and embedded platforms, integrated with locally developed hardware.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead and facilitate software teams within the Agile Release Train (ART) through development and delivery, and guide the implementation of SAFe.
- Plan and facilitate all aspects of Program Increment (PI) planning on a 10-week cadence. Facilitate the Scrum of Scrums events and act as a SAFe facilitator/coach at the program level.
- Provide guidance in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe, and lead Agile delivery teams to consistently deliver value. Serve as an expert on Agile software principles for other team members.
- Engage directly with stakeholders to define mission value and prioritize work, and build intellectual capital in Agile techniques.
- Collaborate with communities of practice and the Solution Train Leader (STL), develop and conduct Agile-oriented training, and identify and deploy key metrics to enable continuous improvement.
- Support Agile ceremonies for the team or solution where needed (PI Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews/Demos). Facilitate timely and cost-effective impediment resolution.
- Act as a conduit to other teams and lines of business partners.
- Track and produce key metrics (e.g., Predictability Measure, velocity, unit test coverage, and Cumulative Flow Diagram).
- Promote a Lean-Agile approach.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor that align with the role's overall objectives.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- 2+ years experience working in Scaled Agile environment with a minimum of 2 teams (As RTL/RTE, STL/STE or Agile coach)
- 2+ years experience as Scrum Master or Product Owner for Agile Teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Practical problem solving, critical thinker, and self-starter
- Superior communications skills with all levels of employees and both internal and external customers-including presentations, negotiations, and written reports
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining view on the strategic direction and being as detailed as needed. Willing and able to get down in the details to make things happen
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully with demanding schedule constraints and technically challenging programs
- English language proficiency at B2 level.
- Polish language proficiency at B2 level.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Scaled Agile Framework certification (SAFe Release Train Engineer, SAFe Program Consultant - RTE, SPC)
- Scrum Master certification
- Knowledge of Process Control systems
- Exposure to software-development technologies as Scrum Master, Product Owner or RTL
- Experience supervising a team in a manner that empowers them while at the same time holding them accountable for results
