Region APC>Service Commercial APAC>Transactional Sales Management APAC

Responsibilities:

Sales Execution & Customer Management
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries, ensuring fast response times.
  • Process quotations, orders, and follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
  • Support regional transactional sales teams in building and maintaining a strong pipeline across all business areas.
  • Ensure smooth execution of global tenders by aligning transactional sales processes with corporate strategies.
  • Sales Process Optimization & Enablement
  • Ensure the availability and effective use of sales tools for sales teams.
  • Work closely with supply chain and logistics to ensure order fulfillment efficiency.
  • Track product and service developments, evaluating their impact on customer needs.

Pricing & Market Intelligence
  • Implement globally aligned pricing strategies, ensuring competitiveness.
  • Review final commercial offers, including pricing, duration, and scope.
  • Consolidate customer feedback and market intelligence to refine the spare parts pricing strategy.

Digital & Change Management
  • Support the adoption of eCommerce as the primary sales channel.
  • Drive customer migration to digital platforms, improving engagement and adoption rates.
  • Support training efforts to equip sales teams with digital selling capabilities.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or an advanced business-oriented degree will be highly regarded but not essential
  • Full professional working proficiency in English, both oral & written (tertiary level)
  • Good user of Excel, and other MS Office
  • Prior experience in working with SAP-ERP and Salesforce a strong advantage


Competencies:
  • Strong technical knowledge of sales tools and pricing strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions with sales, logistics, and supply chain teams.
  • Analytical thinking to optimize sales and pricing strategies.
  • Experience in supporting digital sales tools and change management processes.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • A proactive and customer-centric attitude.
