Responsibilities
You will be supporting project delivery teams so the ability to think on your feet, allocate time and resources in the right space will be essential to successful delivery of work. This role might involve working in the Perth office with travels to onshore and offshore project locations and sites. Some of the responsibilities are:
- Acting as the expert and reference for the telecommunications infrastructure.
- Planning, resourcing, procuring, and supporting maintenance activities.
- Assisting with both pre- and post-execution phases of project support.
- Executing and coordinating planned maintenance tasks while providing frontline support for break-fix issues.
- Contributing to the delivery of maintenance services in alignment with agreed processes and procedures.
- Participating in the on-call roster to provide break-fix support for all operational facilities.
- Performing maintenance and break-fix support.
- Managing change activities in accordance with approved processes.
- Identifying and evaluating opportunities for process improvements, providing recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring safe execution of operations, maintenance tasks, and break-fix repairs.
- Delivering consistent maintenance support within established service levels.
Requirements
From a technical perspective you will have experience with:
- More than 5 years of relevant working experience;
- Hands-on experience in contractor management;
- Building work packs and permits;
- Executing site works, building up to permit holders;
- Project close out (SAP etc);
- Hands-on performance testing, maintenance and rectification of telecommunications equipment including but not limited to: CCTV, Analogue Radio, Consoles, TETRA Radio Systems, PAGA, RADAR, Aerial and Antenna combination systems, DC Power systems, SCADA Systems;
- Good working knowledge of the following systems and processes: Quality Assurance / Control and configuration management, Contract Management Processes, Process Safety Facilities Performance Standards, Maintenance Management System (SAP-PM), Rope Rescue / Working at heights, Elevated Working Platform, WA Restricted Electrical Licence, Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas (EEHA), TBOSIET, CAEBS, MISC, LROCP, AROC, WA driver's License, Radiation Awareness (EME); and
- Resources industry (Oil & Gas) experience is vital.
