In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Fulfill Oracle purchase recommendations to ensure goods are delivered on time as per the requested date.
  • Work with suppliers to improve delivery dates as needed.
  • Receive and update Oracle Promise Dates.
  • Solve receipt and invoice discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory level.
  • Continues communication with key suppliers to solve open orders discrepancies, late deliveries.

You are proactive and highly innovative in approaching problem-solving efficiently. You can proficiently communicate ideas, collaborate, and efficiently work with people at any level, excelling in a team environment.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Minimum 3 years as a buyer of raw materials
  • Knowledge of metal-mechanic process supplying, desirable.
  • MRP systems management (Oracle)
  • Experience managing and negotiating with international suppliers
  • Knowledge in inventory levels management and customs processes.


Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Advanced English Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Effective negotiations
  • Pull System
