WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

We are searching for a technician who is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent residential service. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. If this sounds like you and you meet the following qualifications, we encourage you to apply!

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• AC and Refrigeration license from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR)
• EPA certification

DAY-TO-DAY

As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, your day is filled with hands-on tasks that keep residential HVAC systems running efficiently. You perform routine preventative maintenance, ensuring each system is optimized for peak performance. Comprehensive tune-ups are a regular part of your schedule, and you take pride in keeping workspaces organized and efficient. Throughout the day, you interact with customers, providing basic sales consultations to help them make informed decisions about their HVAC needs. Your ability to stay focused and detail-oriented ensures that every job is completed with precision and professionalism.
