Elmer's Home Services is seeking a full-time Residential HVAC Sales Specialist to spearhead our growth. You'll be the architect of home comfort, crafting tailored solutions that exceed expectations and build lasting relationships. ABOUT THIS ROLE

Your schedule will be 8 AM - 8 PM, Monday - Friday, with alternating weekends.

Each day presents new opportunities and challenges as a Residential HVAC Sales Specialist. You start your day by checking in with dispatch, ensuring your schedule is set for success. As you visit customers, you listen intently to their concerns, assess their HVAC needs, and provide tailored solutions that improve their home comfort. Your expertise allows you to confidently recommend system upgrades and high-value repairs, giving homeowners peace of mind while driving your earnings higher. Throughout the day, you keep detailed records, communicate seamlessly with the team, and refine your sales techniques through ongoing training.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A RESIDENTIAL HVAC SALES SPECIALIST

• Valid driver's license
• EPA certified with other relevant TDLR licenses
• Ability to fix systems on a more mechanically inclined level
• Ability to upsell new systems and high-dollar repairs to customers
