FLSA STATUS: Regular Full-Time Exempt
SUMMARY: SABG is seeking a Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) Systems Professional who supports Space Force COO/S10, to develop and maintain a road map to identify current CBRN protection or Survivable/Endurable capabilities, to improve, and modernize the Space Force CBRN enterprise.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
SUPERVISION: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

SUMMARY: SABG is seeking a Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) Systems Professional who supports Space Force COO/S10, to develop and maintain a road map to identify current CBRN protection or Survivable/Endurable capabilities, to improve, and modernize the Space Force CBRN enterprise.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop system solutions to complex and challenging DoD problem
- Support the identification, evaluation, and tracking of SF CBRN and EMP
- Provide weekly highlights to government officials and development of talking points / papers to senior leadership
- Interface and collaborate across the DoD for NC3-CBRN matters
- Cyber and Space Domain expertise to support integration of space capabilities required to implement national strategy, policy, and guidance
- Conduct and support analyses and assessments, analyzing space, terrestrial, maritime, air, and cyber capabilities; system of systems factors which include joint or shared accomplishments of certain missions
- Analyze system vulnerability, protection, survivability, and resiliency
- Conduct simulation-based support about the effects of payloads, operations, maintenance, technology. Requirements, performance, workforce, and acquisition
- Support in mission assurance process improvement; Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) and Operations Concepts
SUPERVISION: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree plus 10 - 15 years of experience in an Operations, Engineering, Scientific, Analysis, Policy or Planning field, Speechwriting or equivalent experience/responsibility
- Expert in NC3 systems, mission threads, and technologies applicable to the NC3 mission
- Experience with: National Event Conferences, Continuity of Operations (COOP)/Continuity of Government (COG), National Military Command Center (NMCC) and/or National Leadership Command Capability (NLCC).
- Experience in military Space Operations
ADDITIONAL SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to research and draft talking points, briefing documents.
- Strong verbal, communication, and written skills; ability to create and edit written correspondence.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
- Skilled in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment
- Must have proficiency in a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
