What you'll do:
  • Take ownership and manage our flagship products' ABM campaigns using creativity and personalization.
  • Partner with marketing operations and use data-driven decisions to build audience segments.
  • Employ a multi-touch approach, integrating channels such as email, paid marketing channels (SEM, display, native, paid social), social media, dedicated landing pages, webinars, and offline channels
  • Grow our number of qualified leads, marketing opportunities generated and new bookings by meeting or exceeding quarterly KPIs and goals.
  • Test and learn existing and new marketing channels in an agile, collaborative manner.
  • Use industry best practices for campaign optimization.
  • Become a true partner with Product Marketing, Sales and BDR teams to build strong, well-rounded messaging.
  • Build and test the company's positioning in new markets.
  • Oversee paid media spend and improve attribution.
  • Support events and tradeshow activities through lead management, pre and post-event data analysis etc.

What you'll need:
  • 6+ years of B2B digital marketing experience.
  • 4+ years of experience with Account Based Marketing with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven success with managing multiple campaigns across different channels.
  • A strong marketer who can work in cross-functional teams and manage projects with ease.
  • Proficient in sales and marketing technologies, such as Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Wordpress, Adroll, Social Ad Platforms, Excel
  • Possess strong business acumen, with analytical, technical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong track record of developing and actioning creative solutions
  • Self-starter with an ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines.
  • Curious and hungry to learn.

  • MQL's (leads generated / lead quality)

How we hire - here's a brief overview of our recruitment process:
  • Screening & Resume Review: Our Talent Acquisition team will evaluate all resumes and select candidates for a video screening call for 30 minutes.
  • Hiring Manager Interview (45 minutes): Meet with the hiring manager to speak in detail about your relevant experience and learn more about the role.
  • Meet More of the Team (30 minutes): Meet more of the team and speak further of the role and the team's hiring expectations.
  • Final Interview (60 minutes): Complete a take-home assignment and showcase your knowledge and potential that fit the role.
