Job Description Summary
As the Heavy Duty New Units and Nuclear Business Line CIO, you will be responsible defining and executing IT strategies enabling productivity, profitability, and growth for HDGT and the Nuclear business lines. This role will also support the horizontal project execution COE across Power and Vernova.
The ideal candidate has a strong customer service mindset and collaborative approach. Experience managing initiatives across all major operating functions (engineering, commercial, services, finance, and supply chain) is a must, and having that experience within an industrial business context strongly preferred. IT leadership includes not only program implementations, strong data & analytics leadership, team management but also application support, infrastructure support, cost & financial management, cross-functional organization vitality, and vendor management. This role requires strong strategic partnership and interaction with relevant P&Ls CIOs, project teams and shared services teams as well as with functional business leadership teams.

The salary range for this position is $170,000 to $350,000 USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's geographic location, experience, education, skill set, and work location. Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
As the Heavy Duty New Units and Nuclear CIO, you will:
- Work with HDGT and Nuclear Leadership Team (SLT) to drive digital solution strategy for the Heavy Duty GT and Nuclear business lines leveraging synergies where possible to drive standard work across the business lines.
- Build relationships and own critical DT priorities to ensure seamless business operations for Gas Power HDNU and Nuclear.
- Define application roadmap for the Nuclear business to enable SMR launch, production, and future growth leveraging expertise from the functional CIO teams and Heavy Duty Gas Turbine capability.
- Lead the Projects Execution COE to drive standard work across HDNU, HD Services, Aero, Upgrades, Steam Services, and Wind.
- Help define and prioritize DT projects targeted to deliver the most business value. Manage financial and resourcing constraints; define budgets and targets for individual projects and annual plans for the entire organization.
- Lead and manage the growing business demand of Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence driving fast, quality solutions.
- Partner with Enterprise Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, Commercial, and Services IT teams to deliver on business line initiatives.
- Coordinate all IT SOX, Functional SOX, and External audits and requests on time
- Be accountable for preparing & distributing key application metrics & project reviews
- Develop peer, cross-functional & cross- business relationships to maximize best practice sharing and effectiveness
- Work as a business partner with client leaders and users to evaluate / improve support processes enhancement needs and arrive at mutual, cost-effective solutions. Experience with the LEAN toolkit a plus.
- Initiate and drive continuous system improvements that can have maximum business impact
- Own the recruitment/performance management /career management of his/her team members. Provide clear directions, regular feedback, coaching and fosters team spirit.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Minimum 15 years of IT professional experience in leadership and program management, including large portfolio and financial management leading cross functional initiatives and organizations
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 40% of the time
