We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Demand Generation Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of demand generation initiatives with a strong focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and digital marketing campaigns. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline growth, improve engagement with target accounts, and contribute to overall revenue goals. Events and trade show strategy and execution will also be a key focus of the role.

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Demand Generation Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of demand generation initiatives with a strong focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and digital marketing campaigns. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline growth, improve engagement with target accounts, and contribute to overall revenue goals. Events and trade show strategy and execution will also be a key focus of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help develop and execute strategic demand generation programs with a primary emphasis on ABM campaigns, leveraging targeted digital and content marketing strategies.
- Drive the strategy, implementation and optimization of digital marketing initiatives, including paid search, paid social, and email/nurture programs in support of ABM campaigns to drive qualified leads.
- Partner with BDR, sales, CSM and marketing teams to define and execute ABM strategies that engage high-value accounts and accelerate pipeline velocity.
- Develop personalized and scalable nurture programs that align with the buyer's journey and support lead conversion.
- Measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using key metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Effectively utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to ensure seamless campaign execution and data integrity.
- Drive events and trade show strategy by identifying appropriate industry events, conferences and trade shows and work to conduct events or sponsor as appropriate
- Collaborate with content, creative, and product marketing teams to develop compelling campaign assets, including whitepapers, webinars, case studies, and targeted landing pages.
- Stay updated on industry trends, marketing technologies, and best practices to continually enhance demand generation efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, and ABM execution.
- Proven experience in developing and managing ABM strategies and digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, DemandBase) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic display advertising.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience measuring marketing performance.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and content teams.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate campaign insights and recommendations effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or enterprise marketing.
- Familiarity with intent data providers and ABM tools such as Demandbase and Qualified.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics and A/B testing platforms.
