McNorton Mechanical is looking for a full-time HVAC Sales Rep to join our team in Pensacola, FL. This role focuses on selling commercial HVAC systems, including large Roof Top Units (RTUs). We offer a competitive compensation structure with a base salary of $1,000 per week, plus commission opportunities that could see your total earnings soar between $85,000 and $150,000 annually! This is a full-time HVAC Sales Rep position with a flexible schedule. You will be meeting with commercial clients, visiting job sites, and closing sales. If you have sales experience and enjoy working with business owners to find the best HVAC solutions, this could be a great opportunity for you.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ years of HVAC experience
• 2+ years of successful sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Accountability and enthusiasm for achieving financial goals
• Ability to overcome objections and close sales as well as work independently with minimal supervision

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN HVAC SALES REP

You will spend your day connecting with business owners, facility managers, and property managers, learning about their HVAC needs, and recommending custom solutions. You will visit commercial properties to assess their current systems, explain the benefits of upgrading large RTUs, and prepare proposals. Your job is to guide customers through our process, negotiate contracts, and close deals. With the support of McNorton Mechanical's experienced team, you'll have the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.
