Your role and responsibilities

• Define and drive the DevSecOps vision, aligning security, development, infrastructure, and DevOps efforts with organizational goals. • Architect and implement standardized, secure CI/CD pipelines across all teams, based on AV architecture and best practices. • Lead the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate environment provisioning across cloud and on-premise platforms. • Integrate security into every stage of the SDLC, embedding automated security scans and tools within CI/CD pipelines. • Develop and execute strategies for managing vulnerabilities in open-source and third-party software. • Establish KPIs and monitoring mechanisms to track infrastructure health, pipeline performance, and security compliance. • Conduct training, workshops, and awareness programs to build DevSecOps capabilities across teams. • Champion the shift towards a DevSecOps culture, fostering collaboration and a security-first mindset across all functions. We are looking mostly for candidates located in Sweden or India. Italy or Germany can be also a suitable location due to our presence in these regions.

Qualifications for the role

• Proven experience architecting and implementing DevSecOps solutions, with a strong foundation in integrating security throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, including secure coding, vulnerability management, and risk mitigation.
• Relevant certifications in Linux, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), security, or DevOps are a strong plus.
• Hands-on expertise with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, RedHat OpenShift, and MicroShift, alongside CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Skilled in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation, with working knowledge of ASPM and CSPM for application and cloud security posture management.
• Proficient in cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS) and automation tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet), coupled with scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Strong grasp of monitoring, logging, and configuration management, along with Agile and DevOps methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams across geographies, drive cultural change, and foster innovation.
