Qualifications/Requirements Required

• Applies refined operational management skills in order to advance key, prioritized outcomes while performing day-to-day tasks associated with Industrial Security Operations, as well as oversight of related Security policies, plans, and programs. Completes special assignments, supports tasks and projects assigned to the broader Security team; prepares and presents reports, and dispatches other correspondence as appropriate and necessary;
• Demonstrates a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products as well as a demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks in a challenging, high-stress environment;
• Provides direct assistance in documentation, coordination, and training related to the full spectrum of Security services as directed by the Global Security Team;
• Guarantee compliance with all government regulatory requirements across the contracting and program life cycle;
• Participate in security related assessments and evaluations to ensure compliance with government regulations associated with the protection of classified materials;
• Conduct security pre and post construction reviews and makes recommendations for compliance with guidance for construction, expansion and modifications of secure facilities;
• Drafts and administer policies, practices and metrics which reflect the security posture of the business's;
• Conduct self-reviews and risk assessments; develop mitigation plans and concept of operations to support threat assessments and vulnerability analysis;
• Develops and conducts security education awareness training and briefings;
• Ability to develop and implement internal function auditing systems;
• Closely interact with program management, facilities, engineering, and broader security team;
• Provide a safe and secure workplace for the employees, contractors, visitors and suppliers;

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in, government compliance, Department of Defense setting, or security function. Candidate can also be from the compliance, ethics, legal, finance, audit, forensic, supply chain or commercial backgrounds;
• Organizational and project management experience, six sigma or audit staff experience would be an advantage;
• Fluent in English. Spanish is a plus;
• Demonstrable computer literacy with specific ability to use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, internet and internet-based applications;
• Highest degree of personal commitment to Integrity is required.
