Specialist | Full-Time | Engineering

Anchor point of Vestas Mediteranean organization for high impact Continuous Improvement Management (CIM) cases. Scope of the dpt is to review, escalate and communicate top priorities that affect regional service, construction and sales on topics of product integrity including quality, safety, reliability and performance. Product Integrity is the point of contact with internal/external stakeholders and governance for critical issues linked to the integrity of the product.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers during Power Curve Warranty execution, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate timely execution of required activities (site calibration, turbine inspection, etc.) with field teams and external parties.
  • Lead technical activities and manage changes during Power Curve Warranty execution.
  • Proactively follow up on the measurement campaign evolution and request interim reports from the Power Curve verification team.
  • Validate third-party reports on PCV and trigger technical team involvement if results show deviations or penalties.
  • Represent the technical team in discussions on intermediate and final results with customers, coordinating with the contractual team.
  • Provide feedback to the regional team on areas of improvement in contractual conditions to mitigate risks during execution.

Qualifications:
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Renewable Engineering preferred). Advanced degrees or certifications in related fields are a plus.
  • At least 7 years' experience in power curve testing.
  • Advanced knowledge of power curve tests for wind turbines according to IEC standards.

Competencies:
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to effectively work within an international cross-functional team.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Capability to work under pressure and being solution-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel based on customer needs and overall company objectives.
