The Strategic Account Manager has overall Emerson scope and is passionate about owning the development and execution of strategies resulting in profitable growth through increased penetration of the Strategic Account.
You will be the guardian of customer relationship, orchestrating the development of corporate-wide resources to provide comprehensive product, service and solutions to the Account; and to optimize the opportunities to build mutually valued efficiency, growth and profitability.
You will lead the B2B Alignment of the Customer Management Team and the Emerson Management Teams to drive the Key Strategic Initiatives or Programs of the Site Management Team and position Emerson as the enabler of more efficient and effective business results through the collaboration with Emerson. The Account Manager is responsible for building an effective and impactful Account management KPIs.
The main objective of this position is to drive Emerson as "The Supplier of First Choice" by handling the account.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Establish and develop high level positive relationships with key leaders within Power & Water segments in Saudi Arabia
- Leverage existing and develop new relationships with key executive decision-makers to position Emerson as a preferred supplier of sustainability programs, Technology, Products, Services and Solutions
- Develop and manage the execution of a dynamic comprehensive account plan covering all major business units at both the corporate and site level
- Manage and advise the work and activities of the Strategic Account Team, prioritize and manage the Team as a single organization focused on the customer's business
- Ensure BU plans and key initiatives are consistent with account plans and are implemented in a timely professional manner. Incorporate BU personnel & Site Team Leaders into the Strategic Account Core Team.
- Understand all aspects of POWER & WATER industry and market needs and competitive environment
- Create a strong awareness of Emerson's capabilities throughout the POWER & WATER accounts
- Develop a true business partnership with SEC & SWCC, its subsidiaries and JV's in KSA and overseas-if required.
- Provide direction & lead Local team to engage with specific program (e.g., sustainability, Cybersecurity) to improve value.
- Adhere to Health, Safety & Environment policies as laid by the organization.

For this Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering Field or equivalent
- Previous experience with Saudi Arabia and/or Power Industry is a must.
Preferred qualifications that sets you apart:
- MBA Desirable
- Proficient in English/Arabic Language-Written and spoken
