If you are seeking a new opportunity to join a company with a passion for environmental sustainability, Emerson has a great opportunity to join our team as a Senior Analyst for our Global Product Environmental Compliance (PEC) Training Program. In this role, you will be responsible for developing training communications and materials and creating, organizing, and implementing training programs that raise company-wide awareness on product environmental regulations and promote sustainability best practices within our organization.

This position can be located near any US Emerson office or remotely.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Develops the strategic direction for the PEC training program in collaboration with Director, by leading and implementing training projects on a global level, including the following topics:
  • EcoDesign Laws
    • Materials Restrictions Laws such as EU REACH, global RoHS, US TSCA, global PFAS
    • Waste Laws such as WEEE, Batteries, and Packaging
    • CBAM Regulations
    • Deforestation Regulations
    • Other relevant laws
  • Tailors the training program to include the regional requirements and functional group responsibilities.
  • Generates content, develops training scripts, coordinates with subject matter experts, and plans the training calendar.
  • Educates employees at varying levels in the organization from the following functional groups: management, engineering, compliance, trade compliance, legal, IT and supply chain.
  • Assesses the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Drives team building, engagement, and culture change initiatives.
  • Improves training materials and delivery methods based on feedback and technological developments.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years of related work experience
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization and in a multi-cultural environment
  • Strong organizational skills, reliable and good attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Power Point, Word and Excel)
  • Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, sustainability or similar technical field of study
  • Previous experience in a training delivery, administration or coordination role
  • Project management experience
  • Previous Co-ops or internships

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the salary range for this role is $78,800-118,600 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
