MFG Support Specialist II

As a Manufacturing Facilitate Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to entire manufacturing team. You will report directly to our Plant Director, and you'll work out of our Nebraska City, NE location on an Onsite work schedule.
In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to address indirect purchasing requirements, address goods receipt for all indirect materials purchased, and resolve all issues with open Purchase orders. You will provide daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for all the production build lines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with the site operations resources, HR, and finance to ensure all requisitions, purchase orders, and goods receipts are complete accurately
Monday - Friday 7am to 4pm

- Eliminate all overdue or outdate Purchase Orders, indirect requisitions, on invalid invoices.
- Work with Production Control, materials, shipping, and planning to build weekly production schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Onsite position
Monday - Friday 7am to 4pm

YOU MUST HAVE
- Strong knowledge of SAP
- Microsoft office compliant, ability to create spreadsheets, word documents, PowerPoint Presentations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
- 2+ years experience in purchasing/ procurement, operations, or manufacturing role
