Your role and responsibilities

We are searching preferably in Bangalore, India to be hosted at our Operation Centre (INOPC) The Salesforce Management Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the quality of Salesforce data, particularly focusing on Digital offerings for HUB Northern Europe. The specialist will follow up on the sales pipeline for Digital Solutions, ensuring that both future pipeline and booked orders are tagged with the correct Digital products. Additionally, this role involves creating smart dashboards to assist HUB and LD in selling more Digital solutions. The core responsibilities are: - Ensure the integrity, digital tagging and quality of Salesforce data across all systems within the scope of responsibility for HUB Northern Europe - Create and maintain smart Salesforce/PowerBI dashboards to provide actionable insights for HUB and LD to enhance sales of Digital solutions. - Follow up on the sales pipeline for Digital Solutions, ensuring that future pipeline and booked orders are accurately tagged with the correct Digital products. - Document, review, and update work procedures related to Salesforce hygiene - Participate in the development, updating, and maintenance of procedures, tools, and metrics. - Assisting our Local Divisions to improve their Salesforce data quality. - Collaboration with Local Division Digital Leads and Sales resources in each Local Divisions

Qualifications for the role

• Proven previous Salesforce / PowerBI outstanding experience
• Mastering the OHIO principle of "Only handling it once".
• Excellent understanding of the need of auditability when performing changes to Salesforce data
• Good understanding of ABB's Digital Portfolio
• Following ABB procedures and guidelines.
