Context & Environment

The petroleum downstream is partially deregulated in Ghana with Tema Oil Refinery (TOR) and Registered Bulk importers as the key players on the supply side. The demand side has only three key players namely TEMG, VIVO & GOIL. Key supply logistics infrastructure is owned government and the Bulk Oil Distributors.

Aviation Fuel (Jet A-1) is a special product which is produced strictly from production to delivery to customers. Handling of Jet A-1 is carried out in accordance with ATI Quality and Operating Standards (MOCQAT).

Activities

The job holder is responsible for safe and correct handling, storage and movement of the Company's aviation products and to ensure that into-plane refueling is carried out in accordance with ATI Quality and Operating Standards (MOCQAT).

Main Activities

• Correct recording of all stock movement/ sales
• correct recording of all checks on the refueller and Hydrant dispensers.
• Proper documentation of all records.
• Operate correct emergency procedures in the event of any incident.
• First point of contact with customers.
• Ensuring that the refueling procedure is in accordance with ATI Quality Control and Operating Procedure.
• Ensures that all checks, data collected and input, receipt writing are rechecked and documented during your shift.
• Ensures that all daily and weekly checks on the refueller are updated by all shift. Report any gap to the Aviation Assistant for closure.

Candidate Profile

Candidate must a Minimum of HND (Second Class Upper) or B.Tech in Engineering, Supply & Logistics or Related Qualification.

A good knowledge of the petroleum Industry

Must be holder of Drivers Licence F

A good interpersonal skills

Must be a good team player

Must be computer literate
