Your role and responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Technical Product Manager to lead the vision, development, and execution of the PA Digital Industry Application Suite. This suite is designed to empower operational excellence for industrial organizations by integrating advanced technologies such as IoT, digital twins, and enterprise analytics applications. As the Technical Product Manager, you will work cross-functionally to align business, technology, and customer needs into a cohesive product strategy, delivering impactful solutions that drive transformation in the industrial sector The work model for the role is : #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to Process Automation business for Process Automation Digital division based in Bangalore, India You will be mainly accountable for: • Vision & Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear and compelling product vision for the PA Digital Industry Application Suite, focused on enhancing operational excellence across industrial enterprises. Ensure alignment of this vision across all stakeholders to foster a unified approach to product development and delivery. • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business divisions, customers, domain experts, and engineering teams to understand current market needs, customer pain points, and existing solution gaps. Gather and document business requirements, translating them into well-defined functional specifications and actionable features in the product roadmap. • Backlog Management: Own and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories and features that align with business objectives. Ensure clear, actionable, and high-quality requirements are communicated to the development teams, enabling them to understand the end-to-end functionality and design features that provide substantial value to clients. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution. Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to a diverse range of stakeholders. • Product Development & Execution: Lead the development teams to design and implement innovative features and capabilities for the PA Digital Industry Application Suite. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the product delivers on both functional and non-functional requirements. Foster an agile and collaborative development process. • UX & Customer-Centric Design: Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure that the product's functionality is aligned with the best-in-class user experience, based on a deep understanding of user personas and use cases. Ensure that the end product is intuitive, valuable, and meets customer needs. • Marketing & Documentation Support: Partner with the marketing and documentation teams to create compelling customer-facing materials, including brochures, data sheets, product guides, and presales collateral. Ensure that product messaging is clear, concise, and aligned with the customer value proposition. • Product Advocacy & Evangelism: Serve as a product evangelist, inspiring and motivating internal teams, including development, sales, and marketing, to deliver cutting-edge solutions with a sense of urgency and purpose. Work with leadership and key stakeholders across the organization to ensure buy-in, drive mindshare, and maintain momentum for the product initiatives. • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in the fields of IoT, AI, digital twins, and enterprise analytics, to ensure the product remains innovative and competitive. Recommend and lead initiatives to continuously improve product functionality, performance, and scalability.

Qualifications for the role
- Education: MBA from an accredited two-year university.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in a product management capacity, specifically within software product management.
- Industry Experience: Proven track record in product management within the software industry, particularly with companies specializing in cloud technology, industrial technology, or digital transformation. Focus on the digitalization of industrial businesses and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), with the ability to create and manage IIoT-based analytics solutions.
- Software Requirement Management: Deep experience in managing the full software requirements lifecycle, from gathering business requirements to defining functional specifications and translating them into actionable development plans.
- Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with fluency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate complex technical and business concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Travel Availability: Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required by the role
- Preferred Qualifications
- Industry Expertise: Working experience in asset-intensive industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power Generation, Metals and Mining, Paper & Pulp, Marine & Ports, or similar sectors.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong influencing and networking abilities, coupled with extensive experience managing stakeholders in a complex, multi-layered, global environment.
- Product Launch Experience: A successful track record of releasing digital/software products or services to commercial operation, demonstrating your ability to drive products through the full lifecycle from concept to market.
