This position reports to
Digital Marketing Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to propose and implement communication plans. Each day, you will implement assigned marketing communications activities through all available communications tools according to group guidelines, directives, and messages, within the approved budget. You will also showcase your expertise by generating leads via advertising, sponsorship, and other promotional activities, using the internet as a hub for integrated marketing communications. The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI This role is contributing to the Process Automation of Energy Industry Division in Bangalore , India. You will be mainly accountable for: • • Identify markets for opportunities, target companies & contacts, maintain a high-level solution expertise and competitive intelligence, maintain and expand database of prospects • Drive attendance to marketing events, conduct follow-ups, respond to enquiries from call, websites and marketing activities, schedule demos and meetings to assist sales process • Support generation and qualification of leads according to criteria defined by marketing and sales such as BANT- Budget, Authority, Need, Timing - and hand off to sales team • Be the connection from marketing to sales to help them attain their desired goals.

Qualifications for the role
- Educated to diploma or degree level.
- At least 5 years of experience in a lead prospecting role, driving new leads and assisting sales growth, Ability to engage with target audiences across the globe
- Experienced in understanding of b2b technical concepts and communicating its value proposition.
- Experience with CRM systems such as SFDC, and preferably Marketing Automation systems such as Pardot.
- Experience in prospecting via phone, social media and email, using social selling and digital marketing concepts.
