How to contribute to our vision

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Some experience in business controlling or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PPT, SRP and PowerBI
• Fluency in English and German are preferred.

What You Need To Make a Difference

A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for...

• Support in Onshore Region Germany in planning and calculating yearly budgets focusing on Onshore New Unit
• Consolidate budgets, including top-down and bottom-up plans, and proceeds with revolving midterm plannings, and periodic forecasts during the year.
• Performs comparisons Actual vs. Plan during the monthly closing process with focus on Onshore New Unit projects
• Analyzes and evaluates cost structures, and builds, maintains and improves the depending cost accounting system.
• Carries out ad-hoc analyses and profitability calculations.
• The tasks will include the consolidation and business partnering for especially the Onshore New Unit project organization for all relevant main KPIs (Revenue, PGM, FCF)
• Support in analysis of structural cost of region Onshore Germany including monitoring of productivity/hour registration
