Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service Rep for our Generators team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our team by managing administrative tasks, maintaining office efficiency, and providing exceptional service to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and communications.
  • Maintain and update company records, databases, ensuring accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external customers, providing support and directing inquiries as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
